Hello
to everyone!!!!!!
There
are a lot of birds here. We have seen sand hill cranes, ducks, weird duck-like
birds, and possibly some herons. Things are going well in Florida. The work has been going well in the Providence area. We have several
potential investigators that could progress really well and our investigators
with baptismal dates are doing extremely well. We taught a family of five the third lesson yesterday so they are moving along at a good pace, though they
did miss church yesterday so they will need their baptism date pushed
back. The adversary really wants to stop the work but as the scriptures
say, nothing he does can beat what Heavenly Father's will is. Even with
these temporary setbacks they are super excited about church. Once we get
them to church for two sacrament meetings they just need to be taught
everything, and then they are ready for baptism.
A
cool thing that happened is that one recent convert in the other Elders area
recently went to the Orlando Temple to do baptisms for the dead. It's
cool to see the people we are teaching be able to enter the Lord's house and do
ordinance work for their ancestors, helping them on the other side of the
veil. I'm really sure he has received the priesthood and every Sunday he
bikes about 11 miles or so to come to church.
Everyone
is super excited for General Conference. We get to watch it now at
members homes, which will be really cool as we can get to know the members a
lot more too. We have started up a thing called the fourth day fast where
every day a member fasts for missionary opportunities. We're halfway
through it and we have seen tons of blessings. We've been finding some
potential investigators and they seem prepared.
Elder
Randall, of course, is super excited for a new gym they are making in another
Elders apartment complex because it has a bench press and all that stuff. He
seriously can't wait until we can go over there tomorrow. I, on the other
hand, am not as excited. We have some good equipment in our apartment,
but I mostly just use the treadmill. It should be quite an
adventure. In addition to that, we have used up our mileage allotment in
our car so we have to use our bikes more. It's back to being exhausted
and getting really tan (though apparently I don't get sunburn that easily
anymore).
Well,
hopefully this email is helpful on how things are going. We have lots of
good things planned for this week so it should be a good week. I hope you
are all doing well.

Fabricius
