Hey everybody. I am sorry I was not able to send this out
earlier, my tablet has been having some issues.
This past week was slow but a few good things happened. We
went by one of the high counselors and his family last Monday night for family
home evening. It turns out Brother Morse, the high counselor, went to
school the same time Elder Mangum's mom, uncle and aunt went to Mountain Crest
(they all went to Mountain Crest). We saw the picture in his
yearbook. It's quite a cool thing.
Elder Mangum had a massive migraine this week. He flooded
the bathroom when he was showering so we cleaned it all up. He slept it
off. Besides for that his head has not bothered him too much.
Sacrament meeting was great as always. We were able to hear
some great testimonies. The assistant ward mission leader and his wife
bore testimony of how the Lord has blessed them and also how we are good
missionaries. It is quite humbling when people speak about how you are a
good missionary. The Bishopric has totally changed and are asking the
members to be a little more missionary minded. They are really beginning
to trust us.
Jamie our investigator is doing well. We should hopefully meet with her this week. We also found a lady named Devin who seems interested. We will be meeting with President Bailey, our Stake President
tonight to get to know him and his family more. A bunch of other ward
members want to see us for the Fourth of July holiday. Lots of good stuff
is happening.
We had a big cookout for the day today and also saw a turtle, a
raccoon and a few gators. We saw the gators at a place called Circle B
bar reserve, a nature preserve style place. They were three - four feet
at the most. I will send some pictures shortly.
I love you all and hope you have a great week,
Elder Fabricius
