Hey hey hey everybody on this fine Floridian day! My email started
working again so I am emailing off of my tablet now.
Well, this week was pretty much not too eventful but I will
explain what occurred.
Florida has been heating up lately and Saturday was 92
degrees. Elder Meacham's bike spokes broke so we did a lot of walking.
We met with some recent convert boys and shared a message about
how they can feel the spirit. Their father, Brother Kinney, had lots of
struggles with work but he felt the spirit tell him how to get through the
problem.
We ate some Olive Garden with an eternal investigator. He,
Tom, is extremely knowledgeable so every time meet with him and he spouts tons
of information to us. He does not believe in the trinity, agrees with
exaltation, and a lot of other beliefs that the church has.
On Saturday we walked about four miles to get to a member's house
for a dinner appointment. They are the Morse family and they made us some
goat meat. Goat meat is good and quite chewy but still enjoyable.
Brother Morse went to the Ft Lauderdale mission and met Sister Morse
there. They got married soon after his mission.
Church was great as always. Tom came to church and expounded
a lot of information during Gospel principles. We have an assistant ward
mission leader which should help as the ward mission leader is quite busy.
Overall, everything is looking great. There is lots of blue
skies and soon the new missionaries will learn that cold water is worth more
than gold when the summer comes. It does not seem that hot this year
compared to last year. My blood has thinned out way too much so anything
under 70 degrees is chilly.
The Lakeland Zone will be having a zone activity day at Circle B today. Circle B is a nature preserve with a
bunch of gators. I'll hopefully be able to email you again at 2:00 p.m.
your time and have some pictures of some Alligator Mississippiensis (American
Alligators).
Love you all,
Elder Fabricius
